I contacted Mr. Robert because he has had great reviews on this site. He answered and responded professionally. He did not try to sell me. He provided a quote for a temporary repair and a replacement as well as the maintenance for both. The other two providers that I contacted, one on this site, did not do that.

It went great and he was very fast.

Robert was very nice, setup my appointment for a Thursday and he had an earlier time the day before so he took care of it early. I live in Marion AR and was not a problem to come, city is close to downtown Memphis and some people won't come.

Prompt, professional, polite and completed the work very quickly. Robert was a pleasure to work with. Returned calls quickly, estimated work quickly and accurately, and arrived on time.

robert was very prompt and exceptionally helpful. Came by to see what was wrong with the door and give estimate for repair. He evaluated, replaced the part and added brace to door. In addition he sprayed all rollers and checked all other parts. Was very professional and helpful.

I felt charge was EXTREMLY reasonable as it included service charge, part and labor!!! Would not hesitate to use him again or refer him to friends!!!! EXCELLENT service!!!

Extremely responsive and prompt.  Services were explained and the job was performed perfectly.  Even pointed out some items I could take care of myself to prevent further problems.  Very professional in every aspect.

Fantastic. I highly recommend Robert. I called him in January before closing on my house to get an estimate. He called me back within 10 minutes of leaving a message. I sent him pictures of the garage door and he was able to diagnose the problem over the phone (which was more convenient for me). He explained what parts were broken and what would need to be replaced/fixed. He sent me the estimate via email mid January. We closed on our house 2/1/16 and he came out to my house on 2/3/16 to do the repair. He had to go back to his office in Cordova to get a part, but fixed the door by the afternoon. I bought a garage remote online, but it ended up being the wrong one. Robert gave me a remote that worked for my opener at no additional charge.
The next morning, the garage door opened, but wouldn't close. It ended up being the sun setting off the sensor so it wouldn't let the door go down (it was cloudy the day before). Robert came back out on 2/4/16 (no additional charge) and moved the sensor from the track to the wall so the sun wouldn't be a problem.
Very friendly, great customer service, explains things very clearly. Will definitely use in the future if we need anything else.

It went great!  Robert is very knowledgable about openers. Explained what happened.  Replaced the sprocket and gear with new parts.  Lubricated rollers, tightened the chain and went over how to perform preventative maintenance.

1. Contacted me within half hour of my calling and leaving message. We then made an appointment for the same day.
2.  Arrived on time and completed work within 45 minutes.
This Is my second time to use Mannas Garage Door and I have been more than pleased each time.  He is very professional and courteous in his work.

I'm a property manager, and had use him to repair the garage door before, the experience was great last time. Robert returned my service request within 1 hour, and responded all my questions timely with phone, email and text as well. He provided color recommendations to match the house and sent pictures for my approval. The tenants reported that he called right the way to schedule an appointment; he was professional and quick on getting the job done. I would recommend and use his service again in he future!

I left Robert a message this morning and received a prompt response. He said he could be at my home within 30 minutes. He is extremely professional, he explained the problem as well as what needed to be done. I had read the other positive reviews and completely agree they are well deserved. Today is a Saturday with a temperature already in the 90's but Robert responded with a cheerful, professional attitude. I will definitely use him again and recommend him. I also was extremely pleased with price and high quality of work he did.

Called on Saturday, was not able to do job then because needed a part. Helpful over the phone, showed up Monday and completed job quickly. His price quote was cheaper than everyone else I contacted

I wish all the maintenance/repair people I work with were like Robert.  Since he was making the trip from Cordova to my house in Marion, we talked a bit via Angie's List messages.
He clearly and thoroughly explained what he needed to do to make repairs and quoted a fair price.
In person he was courteous and considerate.  He and his associate went right to work and were done in no time.  It was apparent that he is undoubtedly experienced and knowledgeable regarding door repair.
I felt comfortable with their presence and was delighted that I was treated with genial respect (meaning, I wasn't talked down to because of my gender)

Robert was very professional and punctual. He gave us a very reasonable estimate. He came out and fixed our garage the next day and within 2 hours he was done. I couldn't meet him because I was recovering from surgery and he went to the house and performed job and billed me later which I really appreciate.  I have used him for an off roller job which was under a hindred bocks and he used very quality parts and performed job very quickly.  Both jobs were A+ for cost, quality, and service.

Mr Banegas responded within 15 minutes to my posting on Angie's List. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and set up an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time and repaired our garage door in less than 30 minutes. He also answered my questions about how I could fix the bottom seal on the garage door.

When my garage door suddenly got hung and then fell off its track, I was able to get a same day appointment with Manna's to get it looked at. I called other companies butt they would have made me wait for an appointment. I was kept informed of status of ordered door panels and both appointments were kept. Mr. Banegas arrived at the scheduled times and was always courteous and pleasant. The work that was done appears to be solid. Door is installed and functioning smoothly. I believe I was given a fair price and various options were presented to me and discussed before the work was done. Mr. Banegas was fair and honest and wanted do the job right. A rarity indeed these days. I would highly recommend this company to others and would not hesitate to use Manna's again if the need ever arises.
