DO NOT USE. I should have paid attention to the Facebook page review. Chris does not stand behind his work. He will dispute my review but I have the text communication showing his unprofessionalism and odd behavior in response to me when I told him that I had a very small area that has not come back as new sod knowing that he had previously mentioned that it was not uncommon for him to come back to replace some pieces. He went off on me and accused me of taking advantage of him and went off again in all sorts of directions on a rant. Very odd communication and just awkward when all I did was let him know that I had an area that did not come back (it is dead) and was not greening back out. I was happy with the work until that moment and was considering him for other landscape services. Not now!

Okay. The work was satisfactory.

His name is Chris Cordan.  It’s ongoing.  He is here weekly.  We’re in the middle of a move and he has taken really good care of our yards for us for probably, I would say, seven or eight years and made them especially pretty while our home is for sale.  He's good.  It's hard to say about the price.  Reasonably priced, but we have him kinda on a contract.  We replant our yard, probably twice a year, for spring and fall colors and he's just excellent at combining colors and plants.  He's excellent at communicating what he wants to do.

Excellent on all work

They worked quickly and efficiently. This was a big job and I needed to extend the time beyond the initial purchase due to the amount of work needed. There were a few items that I requested they remove that they missed, and one set of bushes in the backyard were cut unevenly, but overall I was extremely satisfied with their speed, efficiency, and professionalism. I would definitely hire them again and will likely do so in the spring.

It's fine, he has only done one treatment, it's not time for another treatment. I'm not due for another month or two. He sprayed for whatever fungus was in the ground at this time. He bases it on what's growing, or what the problem is, and what time of the year it is. I don't know exactly what he did. It was $89, so it's reasonable. I signed up for it and all of a sudden he shows up. He doesn't answer his phone calls, that was something that I did not like. He showed up ready to spray, and I said wait a minute, I didn't know you were coming. That kind of stuff irritates me. It was a half price deal, which means if I buy it, it's going to be more. He tried pushing for mosquito spraying for the yard. We do have mosquito's here, but I did not want that because, it kills else. All of the stuff that I don't want to kill. I didn't like that part. It was just one treat, and I just had a brand new lawn put in. I have a problem out there, and I don't know how to stop it. I need to stop my dog from peeing all over. He's not real consistent.

It was too short. It was just for 4 hours. He did a thorough job on the front yard only. Quality was fair. Their responsiveness was very good. He was professional.

They did a great job with the lawn. I appreciate them trimming around the stone steps. They bagged the excess so everything was nice and tidy.

I purchased an Angies List deal for 45.00 for a one time mowing/edging/blowing.  They did a good job. Chris Cordan called me immediately and was able to do the job the following day.  He called back to follow up and to let me know that they did finish the job and gave me feedback and recommendation regarding the lawn. I can't rate this company based on design or how great they did the mowing since it was a basic job. But I will use them again for a regular service. I highly recommend this company based on responsiveness, price and professionalism.

The company applied 3 lawn treatments over a period of several months.  They did a professional job and it seemed
to help the lawn a little.

I think they may have done a good job but I really don't know. I don't even know if they came out or not. The promotion was for some amount of square footage and I think mine exceeded. I don't even know if they did the extra or just did the front side of the house. This was before I moved and I'm trying to get the house better. Normally with a situation like that, they would have called me to see if I want to continue service with them and I didn't get any of that. The price is good. Initially, they came out which is the one that measured and told me that it would be more considering that the lot was bigger than what the promotion was for. That's the only communication I had throughout the whole process. They could have called me the day they were coming. They could have maybe followed up with me to see if I was okay with what they did or anything like that. There was no follow-up. There was zero communication after the first initial talk.
