Call #1 Dec 2019 The water line that runs from the wall to the back of the toilet in one of the upstairs bathrooms failed, causing a major flood--ceiling caved in, floors ruined, the works. Called Landers out to replace all the lines on all of the toilets (from plastic to metal). He was in my daughter's bathroom for approx 45 seconds. I asked if he changed the line, he said it didn't need it. I asked if it was already a metal one, he said no, it was plastic, but it was fine. I repeated that I wanted them all changed out, and he said it looked new and would be fine. Six days later, that very water line failed, and I had water cascading through the ceiling once again. Since my ceiling was already ripped out and the wood floors ripped up from the previous flood, there was no additional damage, so I let it go as a lesson learned for me--always insist that the job I ask for is completed. Call #2 September 2020 In the middle of a total bathroom remodel, we decided to have the shower valve checked out and possibly replaced, since the tile was already removed and it was exposed. This is obviously above our knowledge base, so my husband wanted to call Landers again. I wasn't sure I wanted them to come back out, but they were so highly recommended to us by 2 other people, so we made the call. I was at work when they arrived, my 21 year old son was home and let them in. My son called me at work to ask where the new valve was. What? The plumber was expecting us to already have a new valve at the house, for them to install. My husband and I are not plumbers. I have no idea what to even look for. Why in the world would I supply a specialty part for installation BEFORE a plumber has even looked at what is going on? The best part? In front of my son, the plumber called the scheduling secretary to tell her we would have to reschedule, because we did not have the part here for them to install. His phone volume was turned all the way up, and her clearly audible reply was "so they're ******** idiots?" Strongly do not recommend.

I talked to the owner Rick Landers for pricing prior to hiring this company. Rick was the best and very personable. Two men arrived on time. They worked quickly and efficiently and were very professional. The work was top quality. We were very pleased and highly recommend Landers Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. The price was "very reasonable." In fact, I called around and was amazed at what some plumbing companies were charging. I was ready to pull up a YouTube video and do it myself until I found Landers Plumbing. Again, I highly recommend!!!

A basement drain used by the washing machine stopped up. The workers were able to unplug it and get the water draining again. They worked very hard, and were efficient and pleasant.

I asked them to make me the first job of the day 8 days from when I called to ensure they'd be on time. Mary said they'd be there between 8:30 and 9:30 but they didn't show up until 10:35 and did not call to say they'd be late. After they arrived, however, they did a great job. The plumbers were very friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. They charge a flat fee for the first hour, then charge by the minute after that. When it looked like the job was going to be done quickly, I asked them if they could also replace the sink drain and they were more than happy to do that since they were going to charge me for an hour of work anyway. They worked quickly and efficiently, While the plumber was waiting for his helper to get parts from the truck or turn the water to the house on and off, he was working on the sink drain so as not to waste time. When they were done, they cleaned everything up. Couldn't be happier with the work they did.

Mike worked hard and long, and made the blockage go away. The cable had to go about 80 feet to get the job done. Very pleased with the service.
