 + -1 moreOne day my fan started to drop to the side. I noticed a plastic piece was broken. I called the company, explained the problem, and they sent me out a new fan. Mine was 30 years old and they mailed me a new fan no charge to me. They have great customer service.
Description of Work: I bought my ceiling fan from them.
