We have been with Hiller for over 6 years now, and have nothing but positive experiences. They installed both of our systems about 5 years ago and have regularly serviced them since (part of the Happy Hiller Club). They never are pushy with up selling unnecessary services or parts, but always let us know what is available. Particularly we have had great service from our regular technician Nikkia Jones. He has done our annual preventative service for several years now, and recently helped with a service issue. We had a minor noise develop in one of our vents, and since Hiller warranties their parts and labor for 10 years, we called them on a Sunday and they were able to schedule us the next day. Again, we were lucky enough to have Nikkia come out, he quickly diagnosed the problem, and took the time to make sure that the issue was 100% solved (loose damper blade?). Our system is actually running quieter now that it ever has. As always, Nikkia was on time, professional, wore appropriate PPE/social distanced, respected our home, took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure we were fully satisfied with the resolution. It is service like this that will keep us Hiller customers for a very long time.

Paid fir maintenance agreement and was double charged fir electrical inspection. Electrician could not find electrical box which was needed to do a thorough inspection yet did not make adjustment on price of inspection. $3500

The replacement took a day which is good for replacing an entire system. Hiller went out of their way to get our system replaced as I have a special needs Step-Son who could end up having seizures if he gets too hot. The Hiller rep. was great and got us set up for the following day after I interviewed with him and explained our situation. He was balancing some situations but then made the decision to get our system replaced next day due to the fact we had a special needs person here. They were great in removing the old system and getting the new system in place in one day. The guys were very professional and I know how difficult it was working in the attic as I did HVAC work when I lived in South GA. long time ago. I would recommend Hiller to anyone who thinks they need a new system.

Hillier did call me to discuss after my first bad review. They offered a "new customer discount" of $25.00 against the $1,000.00 invoice. I will not hire them again. Service was performed but price was way out of line and professionalism of plumber questionable.

Great!! I am a Senior Citizen and the technician explained what my problem was and was sure I throughly understood everything.

It was really expensive my husband ended up being very unhappy and all it was a part that we've replaced before ourselves in the past and it's like a thirty dollars part and he charged us three hundred dollars for the whole thing and it's actually a part I  even replaced myself because my husband needs to be in the army and was deployed so we knew what need replacing of it and it's very little it's like a ten minute process thirty minute part so the fact that we were charged over three hundred dollars for it was really up-seen  we thought so. They did get it done quickly that's the only positive thing. I would not recommend them unfortunately,
