I felt the service that they provided were very poor. They did not install the backsplash correctly. It had to be totally replaced because the tiles were not lined up. They did not prep wall correctly and you could see the grout behind the glass tile. The provider said that he had not done that kind of tile before. He was not forthcoming in telling that he may not be able to do it. He acknowledged that it was a poor job. He said i wasn to do whats fair. I did not want him to re do it since he didnt know how to. I offered to have him repay me 75% of the labor for the backsplash that wasnt done correctly. The service provider agreed to that offer but it has now been 6 months. He would would text me and say that he has not forgotten our agreement but I have yet to see a single payment. I even offered to have him pay it in installments.
