I walked in on a Saturday morning with no appointment.  They were busy and did not have availability right away, but i was able to be seen later that day for a hair appointment.  I ended up going somewhere else for my nails, but I came back several hours later to get my hair done.  
My hair stylist was quite pleasant and worked with me to get the style I was looking for.  I liked the salon.  My only concern is that it was a bit pricey, but it was worth it.  I would go back.

Every aspect of the service was professional and relaxing. The massage area is located in the basement of the building, so you are completely secluded from outside interruptions. The staff was very helpful and punctual, and they offered me a glass of cucumber water after my massage. I wish I could afford to come here every month!

Excellent massage! Very friendly staff and clean, pleasant environment. We plan to make this a regular treat.

Of course this was my first visit but it was with women named Mary. She was very professional and easy to work with. I thought I would go back to them again. It is a clean and well maintained big facility. I think the prices are reasonable and competitive.

I expected the service to be good, but it was wonderful. i fell asleep during the massage, and it was exactly what I needed; it was so amazingly comfortable and relaxing. Besides, I prefer it when massage therapists don't engage me in conversation, and I am afraid of coming across rude if I tell them that. A 30 minute massage is a tease, 60 minutes is good, but a 90 minute massage is perfect. I am glad that Gould's was willing to accommodate my request. For the facial, I have never had a facial before, but the person performing it was very sweet and easy going. I don't think facials are something I will continue to get, but not because of her or Gould's. She made it easy to relax through something that wasn't quite up my alley. After everything, there was plenty of water, and I felt very at home with them. I made sure to leave a tip of $25 among the two of them.

The spa was very clean and the staff was very welcoming upon my arrival. John gave a wonderful deep tissue massage and I even ended up falling asleep. It was a nice, cozy room and John was an excellent massage therapist! My ONLY and quot;complaintand quot; would be that the entire building was a little on the warm side. Other than that, I will be returning to John at Gould's Day Spa again in the future! I left feeling a ton better than when I arrived!

Great! Knew how to cut curly hair and was very nice.

Their price is a little high but you get what you pay for. The staff is fabulous. It's very clean and you get a lot of personal attention.

You may need to wait even though you have a scheduled appointment.

They gave a service that was only good, but was not excellent. I had done facial massage, manicure and pedicure. The staff friendliness is bad.

My Daughter and I love to go get massages at the same time and we have used Gould's on Germantown for years. We never have a problem getting an appointment and we never wait more than a few minutes when we arrive. It is a great masssage and I highly recommend them.

They are very good, very professional and they do a good job.

The reception area is very comfortable and iced lemon water is available. My services are alway prompt. May will dig out charge card from my purse, or keys if my nails are still wet. We have wonderful conversations and she never fails to ask about my children and grandchildren. She is a dream!

He does hair cuts. I have really thick hair and I like to get it texturized. Upscale high end salon. Very professional and they do a good job.
