We trust them explicitly with our dogs healthcare! Terrific group of veterinarians. Dr. Bill is wonderful.

Tell you one thing charge another.

I have been very happy with Germantown Parkway Animal Hospital. I usually see Dr. Wolverton but have also seen Dr. Zinkus a couple of times. I have found them both to be very thorough and very nice. I needed a new veterinarian when I moved to Cordova but initially went to another clinic because I adopted a new kitten from that clinic. I also took my older cat there once for his annual visit. I was unhappy primarily with the distance of the clinic from my home but also did not think the doctor was as thorough in his exam as the doctors my cats had seen in the past. He also just did not seem to "connect" with them the way the doctors I had used before did. I think he was a dog person. When it was time for the new kitten to be spayed, a friend who has 8 cats recommended Dr. Wolverton at Germanton Parkway Animal Hospital and I have been very happy. She handled the surgery and has seen my older cat several times recently for an illness. She shows the care and concern that I was looking for and seems to connect with my cats in the way I was used to my previous vet connecting. She has pictures of her own dogs in some rooms, so clearly if you are worried about her being only a cat-person, she is not. She seems to enjoy animals and remembers details about them from one visit to the next. She usually asks about my other cat when I come in with one.

This was my first time using them. They were great.

Previously, our pets had been treated at this particular clinic. With one of our former dogs,after spending tons of money and making several visits, one of the vets who we were seeing on this particular occasion decided to check our dogs thyroid and discovered that our dog had a thyroid problem. But, this was after 100s of dollars had already been spent and this should have been checked, based upon our dog's symptoms early on (I did not know that at the time though). I think that the clinic is way over priced for what they do. Most of the cost appears to cover the expensive location and not necessarily the quality of care. This is a decent clinic but certainly not worthy of an A rating overall in my opinion.

Great vets and staff. Each visit is consistent with great care.

This company does everything and I just absolutely love them to death. The facility is very clean and they are just great with the animals. I do not recall how much I paid for the check up, but, it was pretty reasonable as always.

I had to board my pet with them for an emergency out of town trip. Kept him at this kennels that was recommended by a dear friend of mine. They took good care of his needs and he looked wonderful when I picked him up. These guys know what they are doing.
