They are the best builder in the area as far as I am concerned. As the saying goes you get what you pay for. After I moved in, I called them about some items that were not finished and they came right over to handle it. I thought they were good with customer service and delivered quality work.

Everyone we had interactions with treated us with the utmost respect. When we had any questions or concerns, they were addressed right away. The entire home was completely finished ahead of schedule. The crew's craftsmanship was unbeatable. We had a follow up call from the main boss of the company. He was very friendly. We have had no problems with any part of the home.

This company has some very skilled employees working for them. They did a fantastic job. Everything was exactly the way we hoped it would be. They had the entire project completed by the time they said it would be done. There were no flaws in their work. The people we dealt with were great. They were so professional and treated us very well. We highly recommend them.

I was on the job site everyday monitoring the progress. I was more than welcome to interact with all of the sub-contractors. I was well informed of the progress. Everything was completed on time and budget. When we moved in, there were no issues to be resolved and everything is holding up well.

This company really lived up to their reputation. We had heard many good things about this company. They are very reputable in our area. They did a spectacular job. They actually had the entire project fully completed about a full two weeks ahead of schedule. They did a final walk through with us and answered all of our questions thoroughly. I will say that the only real problem we had was shortly after we moved in the upstairs thermostat was not working properly. They installed an upstairs and a downstairs thermostat. We called them right away and they had someone out the very next day. It ended up being just a minor problem that they fixed very quickly and with absolutely no charge.

Faxon Gillis Homes built our complete home. I remember when this area was all grass. They did a wonderful job; we haven't had to call them back. Everything has been sturdy. They were very hard working and honest. It was one of the greatest experiences in my life to watch my future home being built.
