Rentals - Cars
Rental reservations online went smoothly, car pickup very fast, easy and professional. However, the vehicle smells so strongly of deodorizer that it is impossible to drive without all the windows rolled down. It smells like someone used a case of toilet deodorizers and it remains on my clothes for the rest of the day. Due to my work schedule and the limited hours of operation at this office, it's not possible to try to exchange for another vehicle. Hard to believe that a car rental agency closes it's doors at the end of a normal office business day.
UPDATE: When I turned in the car and complained about the smell, the manager did give me about a 10% discount. They are trying.
