After an physical examination, Dr Warner ordered 2 X-rays of her body and a complete blood test to confirm whether she has renal failure
While drawing blood he had difficulty and pricked my cat 3 times. It looked to me that he was not used to drawing blood.
When I asked for the test results the following day, the receptionist did not recognize his name and that surprised me.
The diagnosis of renal failure was confirmed by the BUN and Creatinine being elevated. As they were moderately elevated, I brought my cat home to hospice. She was still very active to be put to sleep.
The office visit plus the 2 X-rays plus the blood test cost me $335.96 which I considered outrageously expensive.
After 7 weeks, I called Dr Warner to ask him some questions about my cat but the receptionist told me that he was at lunch. 5 hours went by and he never returned my call. Apparently he was too busy having lunch to return my call which was important because my cat stopped eating and now she is pooping something very dark. Besides, she has lost 2 lbs since our visit.
I really think that the Cordova Station Animal Hospital only care to make money and not about our pets.

Excellent service!!! I have been there for years and love love love the entire staff!! I originally went there because they are only 2 minutes from my home. I had tried another vet previously after I moved to the area and they seemed cold but professional. However when I took my new puppy (English Mastiff) to get her shots I decided right then that they were gonna be my permanent vet. I love the friendly personal atmosphere from all of the staff.

They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They really care about your animal. When you have to put one to sleep they are very sympathetic and comforting. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They were professional. They were very meticulous and thorough. They tried everything they could. They explained everything very well, in terms of what they found and what they didn't.
