Cordova Carpeting is excellent! They installed our carpet very well. They got a late start but once started they completed in a timely fashion. We had a few small personnel illness issues that they addressed very well. They also come back to tie in the completed carpeting with some hardwood flooring that was done by another company. No additional charge! Way to go!!!!

work was completed on time and work area was cleaned prior to work crew left. Within the next week or so they will be installing the reminder of the house.

Techs arrived a few minutes early and refused to leave until I was completely satisfied. Several years of experience evident. Cleaned up before leaving. Worked directly with and directly billed the HVAC company that created the damage.

They did a great job. Very professional. Great prices, great people. Were in and out within 2 days and cleaned up the floors after installation. Found what we wanted in the warehouse and it looks even better in our house. Ricky is a great guy and very easy to work with. We had to reschedule 2 times and he was very accommodating. I would 100% use them again.

The experience with Cordova Carpet Co, was great. They were very punctual and practical with price. I had carpet installed in 3 bedrooms.

I went to Cordova Carpets to shop for good quality carpet for our home.  Rickey Phelan showed me samples and rolls that he thought I might be interested in and discussed the differences. There were so many choices of nice carpet that it was difficult to narrow it down.  I took samples home, decided on one (which he found to be on sale), discussed the price (Angie's List discount applied) and ordered carpet. I was very pleased to be able to get nylon Shaw carpet, which carries a 20 year, transferable warranty.   Rickey was happy to work with me re time frame of measurement and laying it.  On 9/16/14 and 9/18/14 the old carpet and pad was removed and taken away, new carpet and 8# pad was installed.  The workers arrived promptly and worked extremely hard and efficiently.
 
The carpet is beautiful!!!   No visible seams (even upon searching), perfect cutting & stretching by a real professional, nice, friendly workers, moved furniture & replaced with care, at no additional cost.  Remnants were left, door mats cut (and delivered to me!), clean up was complete.
I could not be more pleased and will feel confident in referring anyone to them.

Ricky has been very responsive to any call I make.  We first installed hardwood in 2005 on concrete slab.  Beautiful job, and the best price we could find.  A couple of boards didn't stick, but he came out himself to correct problem, and we have had no other
 problems with them .  Four years ago, we had more hardwoods installed and the entire upstairs recarpeted.  The workers were are very friendly and worked hard.  They are very polite and courteous.  Ricky again was very good on price and had workers available to install when we needed  them.  After four years and a few furniture moves (sliding furniture on carpet,) we got a few bubbles in the carpet.  Rickey sent someone out at no charge to restretch the carpets.  The worker moved furniture, stretched and put furniture back in place.  I took him a couple of hours, and it looks great!  
I can't say how pleased we have been with Cordova Carpet over the past 9 years!  We will use them for any flooring needs that arise and recommend them to all .

I was looking for a good quality but affordable replacement for the 20+ year old carpet in my home. The hardest part of working with Cordova Carpet is finding their store. They are in an industrial area and it's not easy to find, but well worth the effort.
Once you get to the store they have a ton of choices, but after having explained what I was looking for they helped narrow down the choices quickly. They offered a wide variety of samples and we also looked at the in stock carpet selections. I have been searching for a while and visited many carpet and home stores. The salesman was very knowledgeable and far more experienced than the big home improvement store employees. We reviewed several great options for the carpet and pads and I was finished within 30 to 40 minutes of entering the store.  The carpet I chose was in stock, but a very good quality at a great price.
They were very flexible with my schedule in both the on-site measure and installation. I was very pleased during the home visit, I discussed moving furniture. The installation charge included everything. I have a lot of heavy antiques and there were no hidden charges such as furniture moving, carpet removal/disposal etc. The big home improvement stores wouldn't commit to a total and everything was an extra charge.
The installers were very professional, courteous and thorough. I was home and I know where the seams are and I can barely see them. I had a friend try to find them and couldn't see the seams. The seams were also well placed. My previous carpet was laid with a seam that was right in a high traffic spot and you could always see the seam. The installers took careful attention with my furniture and left everything spotless at the end of the day.
To sum up, I would use Cordova for all my flooring options. They were professional, knowledgeable and affordable. I had approximately 900 square feet of very good quality carpet with an eight pound thick pad installed for $ 2700.00

I called the company and asked if they had any carpet samples I could have and they said yes. Their son is even dropping them off on his way home today. It is great customer service. They are going out of their way to bring those to me. The owner and his son were very nice and helpful over the phone and in person.

We arrived to the warehouse/store and picked out a carpet they had in stock. We asked about next-day installation, which was advertised on their website. They came and measured the same day for an estimate and called a few hours later with a quote. We approved and had the installers come the next day.
They removed the quarter-round at our request on the hardwoods upstairs and then laid tack-strips pad and carpet on the second story and on the stairs.
One of the installers dropped a roll of pad onto the floor and it knocked a chandelier down on the floor below, they apologized, but did not offer to replace. They took doors off to install, but did not replace. I had to call to have them cut some doors and re-install, which was 2-3 days later. They also did not leave any remnants.
Impressed with the ability to fit my schedule, next day install. They could improve the professionalism and completeness of the job.
