Lowell at ContractingPro was my first point of contact regarding our roofing project. He was very professional, thorough and very good at communicating through the entire process. We had 24 building to do so it was a project that went on for a few months. I couldn't believe how the workers cleaned the site each day, it was left very tidy. They were also VERY conscientious about protecting the landscaped areas and the air conditioning units. I have NOTHING but praises to sing for this company and the huge job they completed in a manner that far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them for any project - large or small!!!!

There were a few issues as is to be expected with a project this size on a older home. Its how the contractor handles the issues that pop up that counts. Jeremy Atkinson was our hero, he didnt stop until the issue was resolved and we were taken care of. I will be using ContractingPro for all my future projects.

ContractPro was very responsive! They sent someone out right away and he did an inspection and within a day he gave me an estimate. They worked with my schedule and completed the work in an excellent manner! The crew was very professional from start to finish.

When searching for a company to roof our house, we looked into the more “well known” roofers in the area. Had some really bizarre experiences just getting a quote. Some never even followed back up. Some wouldn’t give us a quote in writing. Jeremy at Contracting Pro stuck out from all the rest with his amazing communication and straight forward approach throughout the entire process. Contracting Pro delivered a beautiful roof at a great price! All of the workers from the wood, gutters and roofing crews were the nicest folks and did amazing work. Very well. Jeremy of Contracting Pro explained the process in detail beforehand and guided our decision making. The work was done promptly and is good quality (no leaks). A couple small issues with the gutters were remedied promptly. I have recommended them to a friend who is using them to replace his roof.

Professional, courteous, work completed on time with excellent craftsmanship. Ours was a very large, very expensive project using a premium grade product and Contracting Pro provided the expertise, communication and experience to deliver a final product that exceeded expectations. Worth every single penny. Lowell and crew had a challenging environment in which to work and they rose to the occasion. Could not be happier with the end result. Am planning to have the roof done and will be using Contracting Pro for that job as well.

Lowell from Contracting Pro came to our house, took measurements for the 9 windows, and gave us a price. He allowed my husband and I a few days to think about the pricing and checked back with us after a few days. (There was no “high pressure” to buy.). We agreed on the price and his installation guy (Bruce) came out and took final measurements. The windows were ordered and were ready to be installed approximately 3 weeks later. The installation crew was very professional and punctual. They cleaned up so well, that I couldn’t even tell that anyone had been working in the house! I would highly recommend Lowell and Bruce for your window/door installation!

The General Manager, Richard Wickman, came out the same day I called and examined the leak site in the attic (which I had located during the rain storm and had placed a pot beneath). He quoted a price. His crew removed a shingle from my garage, matched the needed shingles and return a couple of days later to repair the leak. The crew checked the site from outside and from inside in the attic. They replaced the shingle removed from the garage. Mr. Wickman came by to see if I was satisfied with the work and I paid by check. Very affordable for good work.

From start to finish this company was very professional. Answered ALL my questions and took time with me in my home to discuss all the options available and then went over the entire process should i choose them to handle my roofing project. Other companies just emailed me an estimate after coming out to evaluate my home. ContracingPro was done in 2 days (due to weather) but took great car of my home during the process. i was always updated throughout the whole thing. I would highly recommend ContractingPro for your next roofing project.

After a year of working with contractors in various renovation projects, we weren’t looking forward to having our roof re-shingled, but Contracting Pro made it almost painless. We had contacted several roofers and were given prices, but Lowell and Jeremy spent a lot of time with us explaining exactly what we would be getting for our money - others had just given us an estimate without any explanation as to what was included, and didn’t seem inclined to discuss it. Contracting Pro wasn’t the cheapest but remember you get what you pay for, and we feel like they delivered and then some. After the roof was completed, Lowell and Jeremy personally inspected the roof, determined their were some issues and resolved them immediately. They were extremely attentive to all aspects of the job and if there was an issue they addressed it as soon as weather allowed. We especially appreciate the constant communication and their promptness. We highly recommend them and are using them for some of out other projects - window replacement and painting.

Personal attention to detail was provided by Dean Lanning for preparation of the attic prior to the roof installation. Special attention was paid to copper pipes as well as the AC units prior to the install. My roof is steep with several cuts. dormers etc. as well as a sun room extension from the house in the back. My large window screens were protected by plywood boards as were my 3 AC Lenox units.

The project went exceptionally well. Our home is now absolutely stunning! The work ethic and skill of the install crew was quite impressive to watch! They arrived on time everyday and worked relentlessly while on the site. Our contractor Lowell Hinte is such an amazing guy. Super knowledgeable, honest, and professional. He welcomed our input and feedback throughout the process and addressed any issues/questions we had promptly. If he told us something would happen or be addressed, you could take it to the bank! We could not be more pleased with the results. We will be using this company again in the future for sure.

Mike Crain came to our home and inspected our roof. He helped us with our insurance company to show the wind damage done to our roof. He helped me to pick out the new roofing and oversaw all of the work done until completion. I highly recommend your rep, Mike Crain.
