They have a number of shops.  It went fine but they do other minor maintenance over the number of years.  They are super responsive.  My wife's air conditioner was making a terrible noise and I thought the bearing must be going.  I took it in, they looked at it and in fifteen minutes they were done.  They found leaves inside.  There was no charge for that.  They do that kind of thing...minor things.  They are very good to deal with.  They are extraordinary.  The reason I don't go there more often is pretty far; it is out of the way.  I'd probably go to one of the closer ones to me but that is where I went the first time so I tend to go back there.  The office atmosphere is comfortable.  They are prompt; I have waited just an hour for an oil change.  They even sends you an email if a service is due.

My classic mustang wouldn't start. They repaired the carburetor, said a
valve was deteriorated. It runs better than ever now! They've worked on
my mustang a couple of times over the past 5 years, always do a good
job. And I've used them for other cars, too. I would definitely use them
again, and would definitely refer a friend.

My husband notified Christian Brothers that the truck was not able to keep a charge. He would charge the battery up and within a day, the battery would die again. My husband had asked that they check the alternator, starter. Although the battery was less than a year old, my husband also asked that they check the battery to be sure that was not the problem. Additionally, there was a remote starter, which my husband had asked about as the possible cause of the problem.
We dropped the truck off and several hours later, Christian Brothers called, saying that they were really unsure as to what the problem was??? Anyway, we went and picked the truck up because if they were not able to take care of the problem, we obviously needed to take it elsewhere. When we arrived to pick up the truck, we were given a bill for $118???????? They had no idea what the problem was but still charged us??????
Come to find out, the problem all along was that the battery was bad. The battery was under warranty and we replaced it at no cost and have never had a problem since then. I have NO idea why Christian Brothers could not have found that, especially since my husband specifically asked about that and Christian Brothers charged us for doing absolutely nothing.
WILL NEVER BE RETURNING TO CHRISTIAN BROTHERS AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Had to replace the condenser. They weren't the cheapest but they diagnosed the problem correctly the first time and completed the work quickly. The staff was very friendly and very professional. I'll definitely use them again.

Called in am and was taken in next day.very pleasant manager who made one feel right at home. Job done within 45 mins and cost reasonable. No complaints.

I took my SUV late in the day before the service was done. Estimated time for completion was 1-2 days because they had to order a part. This was no problem since I had another vehicle for use. The very next day they called about 4 p.m. in the afternoon and said my car was ready, a day earlier than I expected. They fixed my brakes, installed a new turn signal light, installed a new windshield wiper motor, sold me 4 new tires (at my request) and all at a reasonable rate. They could have tired to sell me more expensive tires, but they didn't. I appreciated their honesty. I would definitely use them again.Darlene

Their customer service is outstanding. The work was done correctly and properly. I do think their prices are a little high though. The facilities are clean. They are very honest and forthcoming about what was wrong.
