We hired Charter Electric to install a ballast in our kitchen light. While he did a good job installing in the kitchen he convinced me he could do the 4 fans we were having another company install that day. They installed 3 that day and told me he would be back the following day to install the fourth fan. So we wrote him a check for the ballast and to install the 4 fans.
He never showed up the next day so I waited the weekend since it was Friday and called first thing Monday morning. He told me his guys were coming in from an out of town job and would be there first thing to finish it up. They never showed up. Now he isnt returning phone calls.
IF they make it right I will edit my rating but as of now I would't hire this company
