Big Star is always professional, thorough, friendly, and prompt. Each cleaning service leaves us even more satisfied. They clean everything from the floors to the ceiling fans during each visit. We have utilized the services of other cleaning companies in the past, and were not nearly as pleased or impressed as we have been with Big Star. They are super friendly and take pride in doing a great job. After the first couple of cleanings, they asked if there were any concerns or areas we thought should be given more attention. This proactive approach to customer satisfaction is what sets them apart from other companies. One of the most important qualities of any service provider is customer service, and Big Star ensures their customers are left with a "WOW" experience each and every time. We wouldn't dream of trusting our home to anyone else. We are thankful to have found them, and would highly recommend their services to anyone desiring a sparkling clean home at a reasonable rate.
