I dropped my cat off at 1130 am on a Friday to have a urinalysis. I was expecting to pick him up that evening. Vet called before she attempted to obtain urine to ask questions, and told me I would pick him up that evening because Saturday was booked solid and they would not have time to worry with him. Got a phone call at 5:55 p.m. to tell me they would be keeping him overnight because they had been unable to obtain a urine sample because they did not have needle long enough to hit bladder (they close at 6 p.m. mind you). Left him over night and heard nothing from vet until about 11:50 a.m. Saturday (they close at 12:00 p.m.). Once again my cat had not urinated for them. Vet says they will keep him and someone will be in that evening to clean cages. If he urinates they will call vet and she will come in to check it. No phone call that evening. No phone call at all Sunday. Monday a.m. I call to get update on my cat. Of course the vet is busy but someone will call me back. 3:00 p.m. same day I call back to yet again be told that vet is busy and will call back. Finally someone calls back, but it's a tech who knows nothing except my cat peed finally AFTER GOING 3 DAYS WITHOUT URINATING. He peed after 10:00 a.m. on Monday. 72 HOURS HE WENT WITHOUT URINATING - MAYBE MORE DEPENDING WHEN HE WENT NIGHT BEFORE. Pick him up and does the vet come talk to me? Nope. I'm told meds will be given when results come back from lab the next day. No call next day. I call Wednesday and told there was no doctor in the day before so I will have to wait until one is in. Thursday no call. Friday I call and someone will call me back. No call. Saturday (8 days after he was first taken in for issue) I call AGAIN and EVERYONE IS BUSY, WILL CALL BACK. Finally at 12:05 p.m. (after they are closed) a vet calls and says urine was fine. YOU COULDN'T TELL ME THIS 5 DAYS AGO? Let me worry about my cat for a week. So today I get voicemail from vet to call back and discuss my cat's results. Thought I already did that but I call back anyways. Receptionist tells me there is no vet in clinic by the name that was left on my voice mail. I tell her I don't care who is there, someone called me 5 minutes ago so I know someone there knows about my cat. Put on hold for 10 minutes only to be told SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU BACK. This is the most incompetent vet I have ever had the displeasure to work with.

Their rates are good and they are easy to use. I've tried PetSmart and things like that and compared to them, they are just more customer focused. They saved my dogs life one time. He ate a bunch of nails when he was a little puppy. I think their price is very reasonable.

We've been using Berryhill Animal Hospital for several years now, and have been repeatedly impressed with their professionalism and care for the four-legged members of our family. Dr. Meyer has been wonderful and answered every question we've ever had. Since my wife and I both work, we have greatly appreciated the option of scheduling their yearly exam and then dropping off our dogs in the morning. We are eternally grateful that they do this, since it has saved us from having to take time off of work. Overall, they entire office is fantastic.

I enjoyed our visits to Berryhill Animal Hospital. Dr. Meyer was great with my pets and answered all of my questions. They are open on Saturdays which was the big draw for me. Their prices were competitive overall. The technicians were very sweet. I took my cat and dog there. I visited them for about a year until I found a vet closer to my home.

Our overall experience with Berrhill has been quite good and would recommend Dr. Meyers and his staff.

Always a great experience at Berryhill! These people really do love the dogs and cats they take care of. Our dog always comes home happy and actually more mellow than usual! I feel they can be trusted. On one visit, our dog must have eaten a bee (which she has been known to do) and her face swelled. The vet could not reach us immediately and so they treated our dog conservatively and monitored her closely while waiting for a call back. The vets are on premises and very nice people. We have used them for checkups and shots too. the lady that does their grooming, Miss Pat, is amazing with difficult animals like ours and seems to have a wonderful calming effect on them, and she does a great job of grooming! I highly recommend Berryhill, and this is coming from a very careful (and picky) pet owner.
UPDATE: our wonderful little pouch Daisy was lovingly attended to in the final days of her life. Everyone at Berryhill went the mile to support Daisy and her family as we adjusted to the moment we had to let her go. Fantastic people at Berryhill --we'll NEVER forget them!

When I was out of town, I kept my dog in this boarding kennel. I was happy with their work. They took good care of my dog. I would surely recommend to others about the company because they are very clean, and professional.

Berryhill Animal Hospital has very professional folks who care a great deal about animals. They did a very good job of taking care of our dog for us. They have since become our dog's veterinarian as well. Our dog seemed to be happy to see us when we got back, but he seemed to equally like the folks at Berryhill. That tells me they took good care of him.

Berryhill Animal Hospital was probably the biggest and best facility I had ever seen. It was clean and the staff was very professional. They showed so much love for the animals. They had options for what my dogs could do. My dogs had their own cottage.
