I had a car alarm installed by them. So many things were wrong I'm not sure where to start! The store was a pig sty and not very pleasant to wait in. It took an extreme amount of time! Once it was finished, I was just given the keys - no explanation of how to use the alarm or anything! I had to ask an employee that was finishing with another customer to give me some info, he acted surprised that the other installer had not told me anything! He also told me that, no matter what I was told, the car alarm had a warranty. I think this one employee was honest and knew that the other employees/owner were liars! Once I started to play with the alarm and inspect the work, I found several issues. They didn't install the siren! The unit I purchased came with a siren, but they just hooked it up to the horn and kept the siren! I went back and asked for the siren. The man said either was ok, and I had to explain to him how I paid for the siren and if they weren't going to install it I still wanted it. They were going to keep it and use it (probably charge someone for it) even though I paid for it!!!! After getting home, I began to see were they had put the dash back together wrong! I am capable of installing an alarm myself, I just didn't want to take the time to do so. Well, once I put the dash back together, I realized that the head lights no longer worked!! I ended up having to rewire the system!!! Luckily I was able to do this work, most people would've had to take it back to them or someone else. I wasn't about to let them touch my car again! They already tried to rip me off, broke a section of the dash, and displayed complete incompetence!
