The team is terrific. Knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with us throughout the design and installation process. AV Artistry didn't cut corners and made sure everything from equipment, mounts, wiring and systems was done first class. Highly recommend the team!

"For nearly 17 years, AVA has striven to provide every customer with "A" service in every category. {Member name removed} is a great customer for us and we appreciate his continued business. This project was originally installed by another vendor and we have made significant changes and continue to service pre-existing work. We perform many of these "takeover" types of jobs because we have continued in business while others have faded. They present unique challenges and there certainly can be a downside to taking "ownership" of another company's work. That being said, there is never an excuse for a "C" rating on our part and we are working to make sure {member name removed} next review is an "A" as we continue to do projects for him regularly. We appreciate {member name removed} feedback and will work with him to learn how we can improve our service for him. I hope to update soon based on that information."

The system is amazing. Brad especially did a good job in selecting the components that would work best in my room. He was very professional and you could tell he is extremely knowledgeable about the industry. He also didn’t try to sell me on a ridiculous system like some other vendors in this city are known to do. I got more than I wanted for the price I was willing to spend. I give him all "A"s but I except on price - but that is because I didn’t go with budget stuff. I spent a good deal, but I got a lot for my money.
His installers were also very punctual and you could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. They got in and got out quickly, but also took the time to show me how to use the system and to make sure I was happy with everything.
