American Pool Techs

I contacted American Pool Tech early on Thursday morning. Jonas called me back within an hour, clarified the issues over the phone and stopped by to assess the situation within three hours (very fast response time). Joel come over in the afternoon to begin the repairs while Jonas' kept me up to date on the situation with proactive communication, transparency to the problems and options to consider. In the end, they were able to replace the pool pump and waterfall pump cover to resolve both issues and get my pool system back in working order on very short notice. The next day the temperatures were in the teens and we had two inches of snow on the ground. I can only imagine what situation I would be in today had Jonas and Joel not been as responsive as they were - they saved my pool pipes and equipment from a major disaster. From a customer perspective, I can't say enough about what a great customer experience I had with American Pool Tech. I highly recommend them to anyone and will use them going forward for all pool and spa services that my pool requires.

They returned my initial call right away and went to look at the pool that same day. They were knowledgeable about the equipment and knew exactly how to correct all the problems we had and did it in a timely manner.  
Their payment plan is also reasonable and spread out over a years time.

We have used American Pool Techs since 2007. He handles anything that goes wrong with our pool that we feel is out of our hands. He opens and closes the pool for the year, fixes the pool vacuum, fixes problems with the salt regeneration system, and fixes any problems with our filtration system. He handles all that type of stuff for us. This year he has replaced LED pool lights and fixed the wheel on the pool vacuum cleaner. His prices are very reasonable. I am very pleased with him. If he is running behind he will call and let us know ahead of time. They clean up after themselves, I have never come home to a mess. He's a great guy and he knows what he is doing.
