They measured the area I needed carpet in less then 20 mins and were extremely professional. The next day I showed up at their facility to pick out the carpet I was wanting and they gave me a quote. The staff there were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Their prices are very competitive as well! they showed up the beginning of next week and installed my carpet. The installation was executed very well. only concern was their hours. They're only open 7-5 m-f which is same hours i work. so I had to take off work early from work for them to measure my room, but this may not be an issue with everyone else.
Overall, I was extremely pleased with the experience and service provided by Williams Carpet. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of carpet replacement.

I researched different types of carpet and then got multiple quotes from several companies in Cookeville, including a major home improvement store who was offering free installation. Williams Carpet price beat all the competitors by several hundred dollars. Richard was my salesman and he was very honest about carpet qualities and warranties. He came to our house and measured our rooms. He then gave us three different estimates for different layouts and did not charge us any fee for this service. We order our carpet and it arrived at the store 1 week later. They made an appointment to install the carpet 2 days later. The instillation team was fast and friendly. They were very nice to my preschoolers who had a lot of questions about what they were doing to our house. They completed the instillation in about 6 hours and cleaned up as they went. I am very happy with the carpet and the service I recieved and I will definately use Williams Carpet again!
