Service technician was late because he had to get a permit to have the electrical provider to come out and pull the meter. There is a difference in timezones so it was somewhat understandable. The work was done very quickly and professionally. The technician also waited until the electrical provider showed up again to reinstall the meter so that I could have electricity and so that the breaker replacement could be evaluated as resolving the issues. Everything worked well afterwards. I had originally contacted Stephen Van Der Voorde via email and attached photos so he could diagnose the problem as well as possible because the service location is 50 miles or more from him. I think this helped in having the right replacement breaker when the technician arrived.
