Upper Cumberland Termite & Pest Control

They may have come to spray twice but it did not eliminate the problem for what they were called to do.  No response for the third call back up to and including this date.

After first calling Oreck and having them come out, I called Universal Termite. Oreck told me I had a bad case of termites and severe moisture damage...they had me believing my house was getting ready to fall through! They proposed a complete "encapsulation" for my crawlspace which would have included a commercial de-humidifier. Termite treatment, wood care, and moisture control...grand total was gonna be around $6000! So I called Universal for a second opinion. They came out and told me I DID NOT have termites, and I just needed a moisture barrier and a couple of new vents installed that would take care of the problem. Grand total...$565 for wood care treatment, moisture barrier, two vents, and an entire house insect spray! Eddie and Swift did a great job. My crawlspace is already drying out! Their price even beat any of the other local companies by 50%! Do yourself a favor...call Universal. They're honest, thorough, fast, and cheap

We have been our new home for just shy of 12 months noticed termites coming from cracks in our wrap-a-round cement porch.  So we called the exterminator we contracted with when we purchased the home.  There staff showed up in less than an hour and and treated what they could reach.  They noted that we had no access to underneath the porch and recommened we have an access cut in it.  Well I did, and when I gained access underneath the porch, oh my found that all the supports were rotted or eaten by termites.  Called our exterminator, he came out within a couple of hours, went in and gave me an estimate on what was needed.  But before I could have any termite work done I needed to get my insurance company out to look at the damage and file a claim.  They took almost a week to get this done.  But as soon as that was done Uppercumberland was back and started working immediately.  Took a total of two days to complete all the work and as stated previously they were great.
