He is great and very easy to understand. He is warm, caring and has a good bedside manner. The service was great and done in a timely manner.
Description of Work: Dr. Mark Kriskovich is our ENT specialist. My son had a problem with his ears.

Dr. Karen S Bradt fit my husband with hearing aid and was very caring. He got him a great fit and made sure everything was working correctly.
Description of Work: My husband went there for new hearing aides.

The visit went well. My daughter had a procedure scheduled early in the morning with Dr. Rayne. We did not wait too long after our appointment time before being seen and completing the procedure. Dr. Rayne was friendly and explained the procedure and what to expect. He also answered our questions thoroughly. The office staff in the Surgery Center were friendly and interacted well with my daughter who is 4. They made her feel as comfortable as possible and also helped assist her after the procedure was over.
Description of Work: Child had a procedure scheduled with Dr. Rayne at the Cookeville Surgery Center.

It was awful
Description of Work: After I was disrespected by the person who acted as receptionist, I waited 40 minutes without receiving my photo id back and without any indication that I would evetually be seen by the doctor. I requested my photo id and my co-pay (in the for of a personal check) back and canceled the appointment. I would NOT go back to this office!

At first, me and my husband was scared when we found out that he needed tubes but as soon as we came into contact with Dr Kriskovich and his staff our fears eased off. The receptionists' that worked out front were all very friendly and even played peek-a-boo with Benjamin. It isn't easy making an eighteen month old sit still for an hour and they all seemed to understand. When we finally did meet Dr. Kriskovich he was wonderful with Benjamin. I expected to meet a surgeon with no bedside manner that was full of himself and boy was I wrong. Dr. Kriskovich talked baby talk with Benjamin and made sure we were all very comfortable with what was going on. I recommend if your kid needs tubes in their ears to take them to Dr. Kriskovich.
Description of Work: Our son Benjamin had to have tubes placed in his ears because he was having so many ear infections. Dr. Kriskovich was an amazing surgeon with an awesome bedside manner.
