The visit went well. My daughter had a procedure scheduled early in the morning with Dr. Rayne. We did not wait too long after our appointment time before being seen and completing the procedure. Dr. Rayne was friendly and explained the procedure and what to expect. He also answered our questions thoroughly. The office staff in the Surgery Center were friendly and interacted well with my daughter who is 4. They made her feel as comfortable as possible and also helped assist her after the procedure was over.

At first, me and my husband was scared when we found out that he needed tubes but as soon as we came into contact with Dr Kriskovich and his staff our fears eased off. The receptionists' that worked out front were all very friendly and even played peek-a-boo with Benjamin. It isn't easy making an eighteen month old sit still for an hour and they all seemed to understand. When we finally did meet Dr. Kriskovich he was wonderful with Benjamin. I expected to meet a surgeon with no bedside manner that was full of himself and boy was I wrong. Dr. Kriskovich talked baby talk with Benjamin and made sure we were all very comfortable with what was going on. I recommend if your kid needs tubes in their ears to take them to Dr. Kriskovich.
