There was a rubber cover for the interior portion of my split unit that they appear to have lost or misplaced and instead they covered the the whole thing with tape and forgot about it. I didn't find out for a year or two until someone came out to do a tune-up on the unit. While this isn't a huge deal, I don't appreciate that they just left me in the dark about it and didn't address the situation properly but left it rigged up in a make-shift manner. Mr. Stone has been a nice friendly man to deal with. His workers didn't seem quite up to giving me the right quality service.
