We have remodelled 3 houses in the Center Hill Lake area. Shanan has worked on all of them for us. She came out and did the review of the original house for us and gave us an all inclusive quote for the work including removing wallpaper, repairing damaged drywall and painting walls and trim. She provided all her own brushes and we provided the paint. She was also able to do some additional work that we decided to do.
The only negative was that sometimes she did not show up when she was scheduled, but she did finish the job and it looks great.
