RPM quickly got the washer up and going. This company was concerned about getting to my repair, unlike the only other option I had which told me it would be a week before they could even come look at it! Not acceptable!

Initially, I called Lowe's because that is where I bought my appliance. They set me up with another company took forever to call me back and then they only served my area on certain days so it was going to be a week! Then I got a tip to try RPM. They called me right back and worked in visit that day. My washer was running by the next day! The labor was reasonable which was good because I had to pay for a fairly expensive replacement part.

Came out the day after I called about ice maker not working. Told me that a sensor board was needed. While there the rep showed me that the enamel on the ice tray was flaking off. I asked for an estimate to replace both. They charged $80 for the service call and labor time. When they came back with the parts a few days later they did not charge me for a second service call. Parts and labor came to $398 on the second trip.

Issues with my refrigerator making a loud noise and defrosting. I did not know about RPM at that time and called Mr. Appliance. He made wrong diagnosis and ordered a $236. part, saying it would be in about 7-10 days. Mean while here I am with a fridge that is not working and all of my food is next door at neighbors house. This being unacceptable, I looked online and called Ronald at RPM. Upon explaining to him what had happened, he sent Anthony and his young assistant to my home, found the problem, that had nothing to do with the expensive part that I was told was needed. They fixed and because of my bad experience with other company did not charge me. This is truly a great company with polite professional people that really care about helping you. I found that they also do other numerous things. I will use this company and recommend them to everyone.
