Pioneer Communications is a Security/Fire Alarm/Audio/Video/Communications company established in 1984 by owner Harold Sowell. We offer our customers our personal attention. We strive to get to know each of our customers and their individual needs. This allows us to offer them the latest in technology and system design. Our Technicians are cross trained and manufacturer certified. We hold State Of Tennessee License for Security, Fire, CCTV , Access Control and Monitoring.

The previous person we used for these services was incompetent, unavailable, and just awful! When I found Harold I called and he was immediately available to come to my house for a consultation to assess our needs. I was amazed at how easy he made everything for us. He was a breath of fresh air! I had a written estimate for services, his people were available any time I had a question, the professionalism is consistent with every employee. They completely updated our two systems with new receivers, a new television, they made it possible for us to have internet service that is now reliable and consistent without dropping and causing tremendous frustration.
