Middle Tennessee Tree Service

Tree removal went as scheduled, but it's been almost a month and a half and the stumps still haven't been ground. I have left numerous messages on both the office phone and the owner's mobile phone, and he hasn't returned any of my calls. Since he hasn't returned my calls I can not recommend the company.

I first called Middle Tennessee Tree Service on 12/13/2012. I left a message on his cell phone, and he returned my call within five minutes and was in my driveway within another ten minutes. I was very impressed with this response. Since then, there were several times when he did not respond to other voice mails and it seemed like he was putting me off. Today when the tree finally came down. he showed up 75 minutes after the time he told me he would be here. Other than communication and punctuality problems, he did good quality work.

The service was exceptional.  The company came by and did an estimate while I was not at home, and came back the very next day to cut the trees down.  They were curteous and actually showed up early to that they could work me into their schedule.  I will definately use them in the future.

The Middle Tennessee Tree Service did excellent jobs on three different occasions. 

I needed to have dead limbs removed from a large oak tree beside my house. I called Sloan Shoulders (owner of the tree service) and he came that afternoon to give me an estimate and a time later in the week when he could start. His men arrived at the specified time and began work. They were very careful to lower the limbs by ropes so they would not damage the asphalt driveway. They completed the job and cleaned up all of the twigs and leaves, then they blew the sawdust off the drive into a pile and removed it. I had used this tree service a year ago to remove a dead tree in my yard. They were super efficient, careful, and neat during that job as well, so that's why I called them for this latest job. I recommend them highly.
