This was the worst customer service we have ever received! Took forever, was extremely rude, charged us and never fixed the dishwasher. When I called back for a refund he refused.

He was great. He was terrific on price and parts. I really liked the fact that he gave me options and let me choose the things I wanted. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend him to others.
