Billy worked on this project for approximately 53 hours (probably more, but that's what he billed for). He had to co-ordinate with the stone mason, getting in the conduit, boxes and fixtures as the block walls were having stonework applied. He knew the resources to get what I wanted in a timely manner.
He was careful, meticulous and methodical about his work. One would wish any construction contractor would be like that, but ESPECIALLY an electrical contractor, who's dealing with you and your family's safety. When he prepared an estimate prior to beginning work, he underestimated the hours by more than 20. That is the nature of estimating, however - there are always unknowns, especially with such a complex project. Although I was taken aback by the final cost, I don't hold it against him and would not hesitate to have him return. In fact, I will be calling him once the spa is delivered to do the final hook up.
