Assessment of old unit was very professional. They were the only company to thoroughly explain the specifications of what my home required and what their options would provide. The project manager was present for virtually every step in the process. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everybody I know.

It went okay.  The only thing I didn’t like is that they charged me for a service call, when they first came out, when they knew what the problem was and then they came back and fixed it, so they charged me twice and I didn’t like that.  They know their stuff and they do good business, which is why I use them but that is the only thing I would hold against them.  They were punctual and professional.  Everything was good about them expect for that one thing and that is what really messes it up. 

Our system had had several service calls in the past.  We decided to replace the unit in 2012.  We called several companies for estimates.  They all offerred 3 estimates but Jackson Heating and Air came in with the lowest bid on what we considered to be a good system.  They promised a start date, came out early in the morning, performed the service without a problem, cleaned up their work area and hauled off the old parts.  They will return just before the anniversary and check out the system completely.  We are very satisfied with the system.

YES! YES! YES! This is a great company with great people and a great product. I have a split unit heat pump, so of course half of the unit is inside of my house. Everyone treated as if it were their own home. They wore booties and laid down tarps, so my carpet stayed clean. They were polite and professional through out the 8 hours they were here. Everyone from Thomas, who comes out for the estimate, to Billy who comes at the end of the job to check caulking, airflow, etc. was so thorough!!! Would use and recommend this company to the fussiest person. They were also nice to my cats!
The one thing that was very impressive, is Thomas put in the written contract, that all fees or anything unexpected would be included in the initial quote. That really gives you peace of mind, should anything else pop up. Can't say enough about this company!!

I really liked their work.  They were very quick and very efficient.  They didn’t overcharge me, which was a blessing.  They were concerned about fixing the problem, and not try and sell me more stuff.  The job turned out wonderful.  There are no more leaks and the A/C and heating are working wonderfully.

update in may 2010 I noticed my air conditioner running non stop and half my house was hot. went under the house and found the duct had come disconnected. we found that the duct they put in to install the new unit was too short so they pieced it with whatever they could get their hands on to connect it. considering how much money we spent for this unit to be installed they should never have skimped on this duct. they either measured wrong or didn't bring enough with them or something. disappointing!

Air went out overnight. Experiencing consistent 90+ degree days in TN so needed repaired quickly. Called about problem at 6:30 and was finished on site by 8:30. Doesn't get any quicker than that. Friendly service. I'm sure I paid a bit more than normal for the capacitor but the immediate response on a Saturday morning was worth it. Since repair was performed, didn't get charged weekend rate. Would definitely do business with again.
