He was late showing up. He called on his way and yelled into the phone that he was lost. He showed up and came in being loud and obnoxious from the very beginning. He was also scratching himself in rather inappropriate places the whole time. He came in and wouldn't even go near the dogs to see what the problem was or to examine the sores on our lab. He got close enough to give the shots to the lab (he gave her two) and then that was it. He gave us a trial of K-9 Advantix told us how to use it and then threw treats at my dogs as if he was afraid of them. It was utterly ridiculous. He was way too expensive and a complete waste of time. The shots helped for a couple days and then my dog started her same symptoms all over again. I will never use him again!!!
