They charge one price for the the job, rather than by the hour. The problem was after a while they started cutting corners. In the beginning, they took 2 hours to clean the house. Then they kept leaving earlier and earlier (down to 1 hr and 15 min) so I checked and noticed that they were not cleaning certain areas. I spoke to them about it twice and they decided to quit a few weeks later. They didn't even tell me, Jasmine texted that she was on her way and they never came. Really immature behavior. Also the mother ruined my iPhone recharger cord. She vacuumed it up and never paid for it. She said I could go buy some electrical tape. Ridiculous because that would ruin my iPhone. I also didn't like that Jasmine read my personal cards that I kept on my counter while cleaning. She even admitted to it when she referred to me by my nickname - which I never told her. Extremely unprofessional. There are better people who need the work, so my advice is to pick someone who takes pride in their work.

Undependable, Always Late, didnot call when said she would, In my opinion she is to much in hurry, left water on sink counter in bathroom, when i went to lift rug up in bathroom stuck to floor and some rubber backing stuck to floor. carousel in microwave was always put back in wet plus splatter guard. Jasmine and Mother Donna, are honest. Donna does excellent work, no complaints. Sorry to have to write a Negative complaint.

The one-time cleaning was great! They moved furniture, got under beds, cleaned the oven, cleaned the windows...over-all they got it all! So we have hired them to come in once a week to maintain. I am very pleased.

They are very reliable and honest. I would recommend them to others.
