Jeff Enochs is a home inspector in Cookeville, TN. We live in Butte, MT and were interested in buying a home in Cookeville. I had called Jeff the week before we arrived and asked him if he would be our inspector. He agreed. We had tentatively chosen one house as the one we thought we would end up buying. Because of the lack of time we had to spend in Cookeville, our realtor suggested that we get the inspection done the day before we were to see the house. That was the best money we have ever spent because the house turned out to have water and potential mold problems, among others. Jeff made himself available on short notice and produced his inspection report exactly when we needed it. Although we did not buy the house Jeff inspected for us, we consider the money very well spent because it kept us from making a huge mistake.
