I called due to some issues with spiders. We set an appointment and he was a few minutes early. He talked with me about the issues, and then we looked at the problem areas. He then treated the house, and there was no chemical smell! He explained how the treatment worked and what to expect. He told me to call if I had any more issues and he would come out and take care of them. I saw himn in town a few days later and he took the time to come over and talk with me, to make sure I was happy with his work.
