I couldn't understand him on the phone and when I miss quoted the 125$ service fee as 175$ he snapped back at me and I apologized and said I was having trouble understanding him and he literally snapped back at me again and said ,"its because I have a mask on sir. Just a suggestion. When you are talking on your phone remove your mask so people can understand you. I was told he does excellent work but when I am needing a service I am going to pay for I expect to be treated with some respect and I got absolutely none from this man.

I wasn’t real pleased with them. I spent $257 for their services and it was much more than I expected. The plumber looked for the problem in the water line coming into the bathtub. He did go ahead and locate it, but apparently something came off in the water heater. So, he had to cut out and replace a part of the hot water line. It is working fine now. The price was a little bit higher for the time the plumber spent. He did make two trips. He came one time and came about a week later to finish the job. He first spent about an hour checking the problem. I then had to call them to see if they were coming back. I would probably not use their services again.
