Jewelry Sales/Design/Repair
My latest purchase was done through their website and a phone call. They were very helpful. Their prices are very reasonable. They are a family business and treat you like a family member. I periodically check their website for specials. I also sent a number of necklaces to be repaired. I wasn't sure of their value. They contact me that the cost to review one of the items would exceed the value of the piece. They let me decide whether I really wanted to spend money on the repair ... decided not to repair the one item. Left me with the feeling that I was treated very honestly.
