Joe Creek Baum was refered to my by my aunt. She had just had a new heating and cooling system installed by
Mr. Creekbaum. I first went over to her house and took a look at his workmanship.Having some experience
with proper installation I was satisfied he had done a great job for her.My aunt gave me his card and I called him to come out and look at the job. I wanted a new Carrier Cooling system. I head a nearly new gas furnace that I didnt want to change. He ordered my a new conversion kit for the gas furnace along with the Airconditoning system. He gave me a written quote on the job.He told me that it would be about 1 week before he could install the system. He was there to install the system when he said he would be and he stayed with it until he finished which took about 2 and half days. Before he left he went over everything with me concerning the system.
He was very professional and very respectful. He left the jobsite spotless.
He told me to call him if there were any problems at all. A few days later he called and ask how the system was working and let me know
that he had sent in my warrenty information too.
He gave me a call this spring to make sure that the system was running smoothly since I didnt use it much after the installation.
I have had lots of experience with contractors and I would have to say thus far this was my best experience.
