Work was completed in a timely manner to our satisfaction.

They were prompt. They were able to handle as we had a little thing that was a little out of the ordinary we guess. When they got into the area there was a pipe that had we guess been nailed through in the past and they were able to fix that fine and they didn’t charge us any extra for it. In terms of price we really haven’t had that much other plumbing done so that we would say that it was pretty good for the service that they gave. In terms of quality they did well and everything seems to be working well. In terms of punctuality they came when they said they would.

We called Cookeville Plumbing and they responded to our call within two hours. They went to work trying to find the leak and within 45 minutes had found an elbow behind the wall that was "weeping". Because of where it was located, replacing the fitting was impossible without breaking the drywall, but Joe did the best he could to keep the damage to a minimum. Cookeville Plumbing installed PEX flexible tubing as a work-around and the leak was fixed within 4 hours of when first discovered. Joe Speaker, owner of Cookeville Plumbing, was professional, efficient, and reasonable from a cost standpoint.  This is our second positive experience with this company and will always be the professionals we call for our plumbing needs.
