We've used other detailers in the past, found by friend referals, but this year decided to take our van to Cookeville Honda.
The van was dirty... over a year's worth of hauling kids, the occasional dog(s), and all that goes with them.
When we picked the van up, it was simply amazing how clean they got it. The carpets looked nearly new. The door jams were clean, the wax was shiny and it was well-polished.
One of the nicest things is that they did not use high-gloss protectants on the interior. All plastic was clean, but not slick and shiny. The leather was clean but not slippery.
I would not hesitate to recommend them again.

They are quick and reliable. Even drove me home so I would not have to wait for the car. They have, in the past, even come back to my home to pick me up.
I have used their services for many years on my Honda, and even on my two Mazda Miatas.
Their service is above average.
Service was performed at the Dealer. I don't need to have to fill in the address, so I clicked on my home.

This was the worst experience ever!!!! I would not recommend anyone to buy a vehicle at cookeville honda!!!! they lie!!!! They tell you are getting a car for what they quote you a price for and then charge you more and are very rude and unproffessional!!!

My wife and I went to this car dealer to lease another vehicle which the salesman from our first lease said that we could do after the vehicle reach 50,000 miles. We were told by the new owners of this dealership that we were cheated in our last lease and that we should get out of it by leasing a new vehicle through a different company. We trusted them, we weren't cheated on our first vehicle and because of their deceptive sales practices we are now paying for the full amount of this vehicle plus a penalty from our first lease.
