They kept my old Dodge van going with duct tape and good repairs and a few prayers. They kept my mother's old Riveria going till she quit driving and were always kind and respectful to us. Luckily, I have a very dependable 95 Camry but they took care of the tire problem within a half hour. I've noticed that when folks have complained about them, these folks only gave them one problem or two, not mentioning the other problems and usually didn't listen or read the paperwork they are always given. I will continue to use this company when it becomes necessary as my Toyota gets older.

The people at Cookeville Goodyear are very friendly and are very easy to get an appointment with. If there's a special need they squeeze me in and are very easy to work with and also do good work at a reasonable price. They are very professional. The workman checked with me ahead of time and went over a list of things that they were going to be doing. After they were done the workman came out and I actually have a two page report that was printed out by the computer telling me all the things that they did and what the results were, what they found, and what I should look for in the future.

They were just great and friendly. They did a good job.

Very upset, the things i needed done , the most, was not done up on the first go around, when i went and got the car, the fan was not working , it still leaked oil bad, my tires were not the same tires i had put on my car, my car was dirty on the inside , dirt on my carpets, i keep my car real clean, they put things on there i did not order nor did they call me and tell me what they were going to do. All i asked for is for them to go over the car and tell me whats wrong with my car, to fix my fan so i would have heat and to fix the
oil and transmission leak on the car. appx. $1300.00 later still leaking oil, Never again The take advantage of you.They are trying to cover theirselves, they gave me a car with no gas in it, after having my car for almost 2 weeks, they have not contacted me, to make this right, they need to reinburse me about $500.00 because i feel this is owed to me, because of the things they did that i did not authorize, they just done them and than told me, have of the things they did ,did not need to be done. They are still lieing trying to make thereselves look good and me look bad, but i do not car, there is a GOD in Heaven and he knowes and he will deal with them.

It was great. I would refer any of my friends to them! I went in and met happy, helpful people that walked me through the process. They did the work quickly and professionally. Good job, fellas.

After getting a quote of $450 from my Toyota dealer for replacing my tires with "comparable" tires, I visited Cookeville Goodyear (where I have our other cars serviced) to get a quote from them. They were able not only to offer a lower price, but could get me a set of the SAME brand that had just given us 56,000 miles of travel before needing replacement.
