Years ago I took my son's 2001 Nissan truck to local Nissan dealer for power steering issues. They told me it needed all new transmission. I then took to Colonial and was told we only needed power steering fluid. That's when I knew I had luckily found a repair service I could trust. They are great people to help with any issues. Very honest which is so rare these days. By the way I called Nissan back and told Manager what happened and they did refund my labor cost. Colonial has also worked on my Honda CRV several times.

I live in Maryville, TN, and my Daughter goes to college at TN Tech in Cookeville, TN. I needed to schedule repairs for my Daughter's car which was in Cookeville, and I needed a place I could trust. I read all the reviews for Colonial Automotive, and I felt they would be a company I could trust. When I called to discuss the problems with the vehicle, they were very nice and professional. I got a great feeling from the start. During the repair process, they contacted me with all the information before they began working on the vehicle. My Daughter was on a tight schedule, and they made the repairs, and contacted me once they finished. I was thrilled with the cost and service. I'm so glad I found this company, because they will be my go to place for the next few years if my Daughter has any problems with her vehicle in the future. A big thumbs up for Colonial Automotive.

My Mom's car wouldn't start while she was out shopping. She had it towed to Colonial Auto on Sunday. They could have easily lied and told her there was all kinds of things wrong with it. Mom would never had known. It was a simple battery clean up. They are honest and reliable. I would highly recommend them.

I made an app't several days in advance as they were booked up. They were punctual and courteous. They showed me all the old parts which I really appreciated. I was very happy and would highly recommend them. Very reasonable as well.

.We used the shop they recommended, got the engine at a great discount, had it put in and it is running great.The shop they recommended is Jand S Auto Repair in our city and they, too, are terrific. They charged a more than fair price and did a great job. The car is tip top again and we have been using it for the past month with no problems.
