I called Coit on a Friday because we were putting our house on the market that next Monday and needed to have the carpet professionally cleaned. We scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. The two cleaners arrived right on time that Monday morning. They first asked to measure the rooms, then they gave me an estimate. After I approved the estimate they went to work on the carpet. They cleaned all the carpet in our 1200 sq ft home in less than two hours. They were very thorough about telling me what furniture not to have on the carpet shortly after the cleaning and told me to call them if I wasn't happy with how it looked when it dried. There was a place where paint had been spilled that they were not able to get up. They told me that once paint is dried there isn't much that can be done. However, after they left I was able to get the paint out of the carpet using Goo Gone.

They just went out of their way to do anything you asked. They were very helpful and I was very impressed.

• Everything went well. Dan provided a reasonable estimate for all services and was very understanding of my frustration over the home inspection report from our relocation company. He talked me through what each service entailed and was very accommodating to my schedule. The work was performed efficiently and was more than acceptable. If we were to stay in the area he would be my go-to guy for any future water damage/mold issues. Thanks Dan!

Would definitely use this company again. We had them clean the carpet in 3 bedrooms (just the pathways etc; we didn't have them move large furniture) and clean the tile in 2 bathrooms. They were very responsive and the floors look great. I booked them online at their website and they were very responsive (contacted them on Monday for service on Wednesday). I felt the price was very reasonable.

The service was excellent from the initial phone call all the way through to the end of the service. I submitted a service request online and received a phone call to confirm details the very next day. they were able to accommodate my tight deadline as well. The carpets look great and the price was reasonable.

It went perfectly from the moment I called the 1-800-for-coit number and spoke to a very knowledgable young woman who set me up with a free estimate till when the mgr. came out the next day to talk with us. He was very professional and extremely knowledgable and diagnosed the problem quickly and talked in length about the benefits of good clean air quality. After we agreed to be what I thought was a very fair price for what he estimated to be done, I scheduled a time to do it and on the day of the service, 3 nice uniformed techs, and 2 black logoed trucks arrived on time at my house. The men were very professional an efficient and careful with my contents. All seemed very experienced and said they had been with coit for over 10 years or more. I was very pleased with every part of the whole job they did and as a result both me, my husband and kids have not been to the allergy clinic since and most of us have quit taking our allergy medicines. Great, my husband was very impressed with their work performed and the ease of the process as they worked through it. They were here the day after we made the first call to give us an estimate and recommendation on work to be done. They also recommended a carpenter to make adjustments to our metal roof that would help eliminate this problem in the future. And as soon as the carpenter had scheduled his work to be done, Coit was on the phone to us to schedule their procedure. There was no time wasted, they were precise and very efficient. We would definitely use them again.

I have been extremely pleased with Sante Fe dehumidifier I purchased
and have not had issues with it until recently. Dan was able to deal
with the manufacturer regarding the remaining warranty on the product
which I would have had to done myself if I had bought it directly. The
problem ended up not being covered under the warranty and Dan was able
to fix my unit. He had the unit delivered and set up at my house as
soon as the repairs were completed. Overall I am very please with the
service from Coit and the helpfulness and friendliness of all the employees. I will do business with Coit again and recommend their services for basement dehumidification..
