I HAVE NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT SINCE WE STARTED USING HER IN 2004. SHE ALWAYS DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB..TAZZ HAS BEEN GROOMING MY THREE POODLES SINCE WE GOT EACH ONE OF THEM (2004, 2006, 2009)! MY HUSBAND AND I LOVE HER. SHE IS THE ONLY GROOMER I HAVE USED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE THAT MY DOG(S) ABSOLUTELY ADORE! I CAN NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT GOING TO SEE TAZZ UNTIL I AM READY TO PUT THEM IN THE VAN BECAUSE THEY WILL ALL GET SO EXCITED AND START BARKING AND SCRATCHING AT THE DOOR. WHEN I SLOW DOWN TO TURN ONTO THE STREET SHE IS ON, THEY WILL START BARKING AND WHINING TO GET OUT OF THE VAN! I CAN OPEN THE VAN DOOR AFTER I PULL UP TO HER PLACE AND THEY WILL JUMP DOWN OUT OF THE VAN AND RUN TO HER DOOR AND BARK and SCRATCH AT THE DOOR UNTIL EITHER SHE OR I OPEN THE DOOR! IT IS UNBELIEVABLE. I TAKE THEM EVERY WEEK FOR A BATH AND I TELL HER TO GROOM THEM WHENEVER THEY NEED IT. SHE IS SO KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR HEALTH AND RECOMMENDS SOURCES FOR NATURAL FOOD AND HEALTHCARE PRODUCTS. I WOULD NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE SO LONG AS TAZZ IS CLOSE ENOUGH TO TRAVEL TO!

I can't say enough good things about Taz's grooming. She is extremely careful, she always has my girls ready on or before the time she gives me. She is very prompt to call my cell to let me know when they are ready. They always look perfect and ready for the show ring, (even though I don't show them).

The only reason I haven't used her in a while, is due to the economy, I purchased my own clippers and learned to do my own grooming of the poodle, who is the major expense, as poodles need clipping every 6-8 wks!
