About us

SPLS is an acronym for "straight-plumb-level-square", and that is how we build and how we do business. We treat all of our customers with respect and complete the project at hand to their satisfaction, in a timely manner. We have been in the Middle-Tennessee area for over 25 years, and have completed too many projects to count, and look forward to another 25 years serving the state of Tennessee residents and businesses.

SPLS Builders offers a wide variety of construction experience, from concrete work, to framing,finish work, drywall, flooring, door installation, window installation, siding(all types) interior and exterior trim, and we have recently started offering mowing and roto-tilling services as well. We are comfortable with metal buildings as well as with conventionally built structures as well. No job too big or too small.
