Exterior Painting
Was promised caulking, prepping and two-coats of Porter Acri-Shield for $3,200. The results were very poor -numerous seams, nail heads and poor paint coverage. I visited the jobsite all three days in the mid-morning and early afternoon and did not see anyone working during these visits. Mr. Ruben came on the 4th day to collect his money. When I questioned the costs versus the results, he became very defensive and bullish. There came a point in the conversation when I felt the need to pay him in order to prevent any vandalism or harm to myself or my family. I will spend another $1,500 to apply more coats to bring the finish to acceptable standards.
