Not well. Charged $1500 for a $200 pump and 4 hours labor.

They were able to fix it in a very short time, and they actually have the parts ready at the time of the service; they have a very reasonable service pricing; other provider doesn't have the idea where to get the broken part but Roto Rooter had it ready at the time of the job.

Colt was great! He was punctual and very helpful! He came initially for one thing (one leaking pipe), but at the last minute helped me with other plumbing needs (pipe removal and another leaking pipe). He ended up having to redo the initial leaking pipe due to the pipe removal I had asked of him and did it promptly. Colt also answered questions that another plumber mislead us. Very happy I chose Roto-Rooter!

I used Roto-Rooter.  They were here 2 years ago, May 10, 2014.  Everything was fine with the drain cleaning but the camera part was hard to schedule.  They could have a little better communication.

On the morning before our family's belated Thanksgiving get-together - on a Sunday - my toilet completely stopped flushing, after I'd let it limp along for several weeks. When I called Roto Rooter (after striking out with a couple of other plumbing companies), the man who answered very politely and apologetically told me they were booked up for the day. A few minutes later, he called me back and said they'd had a cancellation and someone could come out right away, and he told me that they do not charge extra for weekends. I was so relieved! The gentleman who arrived was very polite and efficient. When he finished the work, cleaned up his mess, and gave me the invoice, I was surprised to see that it was as high as it was, and that the toilet had been "rebuilt." I should have told him that I wanted to know what needed to be done, and the price, before he actually did the work - and perhaps he should have told me without being asked to (hence the "B" for Professionalism) - but the truth is, the outcome would've been the same. I had to have a working toilet, and the price was not exorbitant. Under the circumstances, someone could've really taken advantage of me, and I don't think that happened here. I expect to use Roto Rooter again in the future.

Professionalism is the key to any business and their employees have it! We want to say thanks to Deanna who answered the phone and was very courteous and gracious with our situation. She handled it beautifully. And Gary, is awesome and very good at his job. We really appreciated the urgency of our call and the speedy service they provided. We will tell all our

Technician was punctual, professional, gave us a fast accurate quote and went above and beyond the call of duty by explaining exactly what we would need to do to prevent future occurrences.  He even helped us start our propane stove and then made certain that we knew how to use it (safely) before he left the premises.  Told us to call him directly if we encountered any problems with the work that he performed or if we had any questions at all.  Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Quick response, fast repair- Highly recommend Brian for all plumbing jobs. He has done multiple jobs for me and I never have to worry about the job because he does it right the first time.

Brian, installed a new Hot Water Heater for me in a rental property. He did it fast and in a professional manner. Hauled away the old and cleaned up after job. Great Experience. I highly recommend Brian for all your plumbing needs.
