The service we received from Ritco could not have been better. I found them on Angie's List and I've never been so impressed with a company. They went above and beyond, working with our insurance company to show there was hail damage. They did everything they said they were going to do. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Jeff worked with us from the beginning to the end and he set the bar high on how service should be done.

RITCO Group was very easy to work with, very accommodating, professional, personable and honest. We received upgraded shingles, vents and gutters. We were in the loop for every step of the process. The crew arrived promptly, were friendly and courteous, worked hard and did all three roofs in one day while taking the time and care required to be very careful of landscaping around the house. Most of the debris landed in the trailer, however, small pieces fly. Given the number of these tiny pieces, the crew did an outstanding job of cleaning up the lawn. The gutter crew arrived another day and, again, were outstanding. They corrected areas that needed improvement for the flow of rain water. I have already recommended their services to a friend and would hire them again without bothering to even get other quotes. Outstanding job all around and a pleasure to work with. My new roofs and gutters look amazing.

It went great and they were very fast From the start when Jeff showed up till they were done. very professional. a great team he worked with the insurance to get it all done. where as two other roofers said we only needed the back side of the house done these guys know what they are doing i had a small concern where the truck sunk into the ground and the owner came out with Jeff explained to me and checked it out came back with some dirt to fill in the hole very nice man and company would hire them again in a heart beat thanks guys

Jeff was the professional that I dealt with for the job. He was super professional, courteous and on time. He explained everything they were going to do to repair the roof and they got the job done in a timely manner!

They did a excellent job on the installation of the roof and on the clean up. Jeff came out the following day and did a inspection to ensure that I was satisfied with the work done.

I was very pleased with their work. The project manager provided a cost estimate and explained how the roof would be replaced and the materials that would be used. During the installation I asked several questions about how the materials would be installed. Their answers were clear and acceptable. They showed up on time and completed the roof replacement in one day, using an 8 man crew. They had to come back to replace the chimney cap. They returned the next day. They placed tarps around the house to catch the debris and they cleaned up at the end of the first day and they also ran magnets around the house a second time after replacing the chimney cap. The workers and the project manager answered all of my questions and explained what they were doing.

Loved the guys! Very professional. Eased all of our worries about the tornado damage that hit the house. Shout out to Jeff and Justin! You rock! Would recommend Ritco to anyone!
