This work was for a Real Estate client. They had carpet cleaned in the whole house and we ended up having to have another company come out to remove the stains they did not get out. I've used another location of Chem-Dry and have always been pleased. I was livid that they had to have someone else come out. If they want to contact me to make it right, that's fine. They were very hard to contact, too.
